101. The rules of the game can be added to, changed, or removed by a majority vote of the voting players.
102. Base rules can be changed or removed only by a unanimous vote of the voting players.
103. The first five new rules must be rules from pre-existing games. They automatically become base rules. You must include the game the rule comes from. No two of this first five rules can come from the same game.
104. After the first five rules, the rest of the new rules should connect, define, or otherwise relate to the base rules.
105. The initial base rules are numbered 101-110. Other rules are numbered 201+.
